The government has announced new measures that will protect non-smokers and try to reduce tobacco use, especially among teenagers. These measures entered into force on August 1st 2017 and came as an addition to the 2006 law.
In many countries, including Belgium, vaping is considered similarly as tobacco products. But for some, it is not enough: the Nieuw-Vlaamse Alliantie has just presented several proposals aiming at strengthening one more time vaping regulations.
