Warning for BlogVape readers: our blog deals with electronic cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco cessation topics. Electronic cigarettes are products aimed for adults.
Tobacco cessation
In France, and according to the regulation suggested by AFSSAPS and the ANSM, electronic cigarettes are not considered as a tobacco cessation device.
Electronic cigarettes can contain nicotine. In France, vaping products cannot be sold to minor aged 18 or less. They must also be kept out of reach of children.
Nicotine warning
Besides, we strongly advise the following groups of people not to use e-cigarettes that contain nicotine:
- people who suffer from cardio-vascular diseases
- people suffering from seizure disorders
- pregnant or lactating women
In case of an accident (e-liquid ingestion, unusual reaction, etc.) or in case of any discomfort, you should immediately talk to a doctor or contact the closest poison control center. The ingestion of e-liquid can be harmful for your health, especially during lactacting periods or in case of hypersensitivity to known substances such as nicotine, glycerine or propylene glycol.
