A new film about nicotine, directed by Aaron Biebert

Following the success of the documentary “A Billion Lives” and the short film “Global Confusion,” Aaron Biebert has decided to make a new film about nicotine. Indeed, “You Don’t Know Nicotine” should help answer a lot of questions about the misunderstood chemical.

“A Billion Lives” was a risky bet, and it didn’t have the effect on the public or powers that be that the director hoped for. This is in part why Biebert he has decided to make “You Don’t Know Nicotine.”

In the film, Aaron Biebert asks numerous questions about nicotine, and talks about its discovery as a treatment for Parkinsons. He also highlights its use as a treatment for neurological disorders. Biebert, who has loved ones suffering from these types of illnesses, wants to know if nicotine can help.

A misunderstood and demonized substance

The film’s director believes that the beneficial effects of nicotine are largely hidden from the public and that the chemical is unfairly demonized. The goal of the film is to debunk many of the myths surrounding nicotine. Filming began a few months ago and should be finished by the end of this summer, which would allow the film to be shown at certain festivals like Sundance, Berlin, SXSW, etc …

Aaron Biebert has also planned to work with Hollywood, and a budget is in the works. Discussions with the Film Collaborative of Los Angeles are also underway for the association’s connections to the film industry.

Finally, a Kickstarter campaign has been launched to help pay for the project, which the director hopes will allow the documentary to reach tens of millions of viewers.
