#2 Jean-Louis Borloo
Jean-Louis Borloo is a French politician who had numerous elective mandates in the National Assembly, in the European Parliament but also at a local level as mayor of Valenciennes or regional advisor for Pas-de-Calais. He was Minister under the presidencies of Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy.
Borloo suffered from significant health problems in the past, including a severe pneumonia that turned into a septicemia in 2014. He has been a vaper for several years now.

Louis Bertignac is a musician ang guitar player from the French band Téléphone. He was also a member of the The Voice jury from 2011 to 2013.
As soon as 2012, he was promoting e-cigarette and the Clopinette vaping stores during one of his concerts. In 2015, he explained in the French journal le Parisien that he was « a forerunner of that thingy. I’ve been using it for the past 10 years and I have finally stopped smoking ». He’s a true vaping advocate who also performed during the vaping exhibition Vapexpo in 2015 for delighted fans.

Kylie Jenner is very active on the social networks and is famous for her participation to the reality show ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’. Despite her young age, she is a successful business woman with make-up and clothing lines. She can rely on her 95 million followers on Instagram to support her in all her new activities. As for vaping, she made a Snapshat video last year showing her vaping in her car. The video raised a scandal because most of her fans as well as the American media suspected her of vaping marijuana. They accused her of setting a bad example for the young people who consider her as a role model.
#5 Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba is an American actress who reconverted into a business woman. In 2012, she created her own firm, the Hones Company which is a consumer goods company that sells non-toxic household products. in 2016, the company made a 150 million dollars turnover and was valued at 1.7 billion dollars.
Jessica Alba was seen vaping in the streets of New York. But since then, nothing has been said concerning her ties with e-cigarettes.
